taj mahal galing sa mahal ko

Whew! kevin surprised me with this 3d puzzle of taj mahal of India. It took us 2hours to finish putting up the puzzle. Isang napakagandang bonding moment nameng dalawa. everytime makikita ko to, it gives me hope to something I do not know..There's something in it dun sa color nya na instant stress-relief.

hindi nagkanda-leche ang leche flan

it was kevin and i's first time to make leche flan just right before christmas. we thought of indulging our sweet tooth. simple lang pala ang paggawa.
ingredients:
8 pcs egg yolk
1 tetra pack condensed milk
1 small tin can condensed milk
1 tetra pack evaporated milk
and sugar to caramelize

haluin lang yung gatas at itlog, but dont overmix (ayon sa youtube).btw, we searched this one first to our friendly neighbor youtube on how to really make a leche flan. then ilagay na sa mga llanera, with caramalized sugar, then lagay sa steamer.we made 7 llaneras. it took almost 1 1/2 hrs to finish.long wait is over
